I was not aware that they don't clean your room everyday. One must leave used towels/trash outside your door if you require some or thrown out, nothing gets replenished for the next day if not told. I believe they clean every other day per staff.

The room was amazing, clean, and neat. Better than we expected. The staff was accommodating, friendly, and all around AWESOME. I absolutely love it there and hopefully will be returning one day. We don't really spend the amount we paid for a room but it was totally worth it. They even had a shuttle bus that will take you downtown with a pickup schedule. I wish we took the bus just for the experience, maybe next time. Will recommend to everyone I know to go there.
Maybe it was just me or what but the bed could've been a little bit better. But other than that, everything was perfect.

Broken TV, no internet on TV, (second stay and second time there were issues with the TV). Room is old and dirty - under couch pillow was disgusting. gross/stained carpet, loud/old refrigerator, room door not closing properly. Bill I was given and bill sent out next day different. Staff didn't listen to request to be in a room that overlooked the parking lot.

A beautiful room in a quiet hotel. It is a little far off from the center (still walkable) but you cannot beat the friendly and helpful staff and the roomy suite. We loved it!
We loved everything except the 15-20 minute walk to the Riverwalk/Alamo

The shuttle service to and from the Riverwalk was always on time. This saved us a ton of money from the hotel stay. The hotel was spotless, the breakfast was delicious and the staff was professional and friendly. They were always ready to provide asisstance
The hotel was 2 parking lots over from a local grocery store that we purchased hot dinners from there and ate at the hotel. One night our total dinner bill was $20.00.

I did like how spacious the room was and the fact that we had a full kitchen
The light skinned guy, he said his name was Chris checked me in and his customer service was horrible. I walked he and went to the counter with him just starring with no greeting. I stood there for 2 minutes before I said hello and asked what was needed to check in. He then asked me if I knew Donald and I’m like who, no I don’t. He threw out a random zip code and I said what’s that and he said your zip code so I told him that was wrong and gave him the right one. I then asked for late check out and he said I don’t qualify for that. His customer
service was truly horrible. Our room has dirty pillows, pillowcases and a bed comforter that had blood on it, by the time we found this out it was 2am. The bed is advertised as a queen but it a full size, it’s barely big enough to 2 people comfortably and the tv said welcome Maria which was the pervious persons name not mine. I wouldn’t come back here

I have a suite for 3 people. The couch or sofa is nice, but for sleeping on it, it is uncomfortable.

Close to market Square and HEB market. Free parking and studio was mostly clean.
WiFI: The connection wasn't working well. It wouldn't redirect to the login page to enter the room number and last name.
Room: We were two people in a studio. While the main bed was comfortable, the sofa bed was terrible. The mattress was so worn out that I actually had to sleep on the sofa without unfolding it.
Breakfast: The dining area is far too small for the number of guests on weekends. The buffet layout is cramped, and you essentially have to fight through the crowd to get food. Food itself is very basic and whenever it is over, it takes a long time until it is replaced by hotel staff.
Shower: it took a very long time for the water to get hot.

The breakfast was good. Room was clean and spacious.
The night lady who checked us in was extremely rude and wasn’t welcoming at all. She was stand off ish and didn’t really respond well to the questions we had. She gave us our room key but didn’t tell us which building we were in so we had to hunt for our room and when we had to go to a different building we told her and she looked at us as if it should’ve been obvious.

Having the kitchen. Front desk person was really helpful in giving me way to hook up to the internet with a hotspot.
Some things are getting tired and need to be fixed. The sliding closet doors need to be replaced. And the wall in the bathroom needs patching and paint. Nothing really was a problem just needs to be dealt with.
