King suite is spacious, has a kitchenette with microwave, mini refrigerator. Clean rooms. Instead of 10 rating, I am giving a 9 rating because the fan blades in the room had dust accumulated, some lamp shades had cobwebs. I had given this feedback to frontdesk at checkout. Breakfast is good. There is always complimentary good coffee at the front desk Location is quiet, very close to san antonio river walk. Uber/Lyft ride is just 8 mins aways and costs $9. You can get down near Rain Forest Cafe for the lively part of river walk. Taking Uber is better than searching / parking for public or valet parking

Breakfast was great! The location was great for downtown steering.

The deposit was supposed to be 50 dollars but my account reflects 2 transactions of 50 dollars to the hotel. Pending to see if they are refunded back.

Breakfast, spacious room

The air conditioner was noisy and ran all night, yet the room temperature was uneven and uncomfortable—we felt too hot and sweaty with the blanket and too cold without it. The bathroom wall next to the toilet was dirty with black stains, and when we checked in there was a strong chlorine smell that made the room feel very stuffy and hard to air out.

Very new and clean hotel. Staff efficient and helpful. Beds comfortable. Fridge, coffee machine and tv great. Breakfast great. Bus stop into centre on corner

Lication- nothing walkable to eat. The area is being renovated so perhaps some time eateries will be close by.

The lack of hot water in the tub was very gritty and the check in staff was unprofessional he could of Ben more professional the sink water was not properly draining

Location. Free parking.Breakfast. Firm beds . Large rooms.

Pool was dirty and full of sticks, the bathroom door didn't fully shut, the room door had marks where it has been pryed open, sink and tub did not drain well. One elevator to service 4 floors . The stairs were often faster. Google maps struggled with finding the entrance.( I tried to get it to update.) Also the WIFI was incredibly weak. Lucky to get one bar of WiFi.

I like that i didnt realized the presence of 3 walking roaches, size of approx 4cm each. I got video and picture if you want them. There was no one when i turned in my key cards so i wasnt able to show it to them. The bathroom door was not closing easily. The entrance door had chipped lamination as if someone had tried to force it open. Not a very safe feeling. The bathroom toilet paper holder was wobly and the screws were holding for dear life. I like the family suite convenience but the sofa bed is quite old and the mattress comfort is non existen so i slept with the sofa closed. I am 5 7 so i had to sleep with my knees bent. I like the friendly hardworker that assists us, she remember my name and situation with our handicapped special kid and how smart she was logistically placing us on the first floor. I liked the fact that there were not many people crowding the breakfast but i realized that plenty of people left without even looking at the breakfast bar. I like that they are remodeling the floor and trying to update the lobby.

To find the roaches in the morning... what if they walked over my stuff during the evening? what if they were walking over my childs medications? I didnt like the condition of the door and the sofa bed or futton that kept me slightly uncomfortable since 11pm to 7am. I didnt like the smell of moisture or dampened or non vented as soon as you open the door on arrival to the room.

The breakfast was fine, but the space where the food is displayed is way too small in my personal opinion.

We were in room 310. The shower in that room has very little grip on the floor of the tub. I would highly recommend putting something on the floor of the tub because someone is going to take a hard fall. It's too slippery.

Good hotel with a spacious two-room suite, comfortable beds, and a good breakfast. The room was quiet, which made for a great night's sleep. The front desk receptionist was very friendly and welcoming.
