Great location . The room was clean , the bed was comfortable and bathroom was excellent. Had everything you need.
Nobody informed me that you had to request the night before that you want the room cleaned the next day. There was a small sign on the back of the door. The staff werent very welcoming and were quite rude.

The property is currently being renovated. We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms and it was divine. They have done an amazing job of bringing it up to date. The bathroom is clean and modern and the decor is so calming.
The water pressure in the shower could have been slightly better but otherwise it was perfect.

Very good location. The big plus fpr us was that they had the secure parking garage (first come first park). If the garage filles out the still have some spots on the ground level, which is not gated but still a bette option than to search for a street parking. And parking is included, which is a big bonus. The room was clan and neat, they are doing remodeling of their rooms, so they look fresh.
We had just one night, so everything was good

The best location! An 8 minute uber to just about anything you'd want to do. We like to rent a car when we visit the city (but aren't married to using the car every day), so the free parking is an excellent perk. We stayed here 9 years ago and it has been updated quite a bit. We ask for a room on the back side of the hotel so it's nice and quiet. Beds are super comfortable, TV was great, shower/bathroom was very clean. $5 to rent a fridge is the best deal in town. They do not charge a resort fee, either. We will always, always stay here.
This is just a very minor thing but the water pressure in the very luxurious rainfall showerhead was a little lacking if you had to wash your hair. This is very minor. For informational purposes - the TV does not have accessible HDMI ports and can't be unmounted (understandable). We had to go pick up a HDMI to AUX cable to use our own Roku.

Good location, big room that looked refurbished and comfortable bed.
Window that was stuck open and wasn't fixed despite us telling reception twice. They just replaced the small towel we used to block out noise and wind with a bigger one!! No automatic room cleaning without asking reception. Sink and bath plugs wouldn't seal to hold water.

Located in a safer & nicer part of town closer to presidio, golden gate & downtown area with less homeless congregations around the block. Very fair price given the location & the nice upgraded room & modern bathroom. Bed & linen were very comfortable. Love the free, gated basement parking feels very safe.
Asked for a later checkout but the older gentleman during night shift did not bother to consider and just plainly said no.

The room is spacious, recently refurbished. The location in the Marina district is perfect for tourists visiting San Francisco. I really advise to choose this neighborhood. It has free parking, apparently safe. I had no issues with the car, despite the problems in the city in this realm.
You can hear a lot of noise from the cars in the street. The windows are not well isolated. The heating system also makes a lot of noise (really a lot), so you have to disconnect it at night.

Great location, near a bus station, you can also walk to some spots if you're feeling like it, although the city is big so if walking expect at least a 30mn walk. There is a free and safe parking which is great, we did not use our car ar all during our stay here and left it in the parking. The staff was nice and so was the room, everything was clean and looked nice.

Great hotel with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The gentleman at the reception desk was very kind. When we made a mistake with parking, he helped us fix it and laughed with us. Great safe location, with breakfast places within a 10-15 minute walk.
It was a great experience, and we wanted to stay longer, but unfortunately, we couldn't extend our stay.
The noise from the street could be heard.
Someone was smoking outside, and the smell was wafting into the room, so we had to turn off the ventilation and close the bathroom door. We found a solution ourselves and didn't suffocate like previous guests.
