Location was perfect. Parking garage across the street 24usd for 24 hrs with in and out privileges. It was a safe lot in a nice area. The rooms are very modern and the terrace areas very nice views.
Lot of noise from other guests..very thin walls!! Very expensive hotel. We stayed in a double room ( 2 x double beds) and the room was very cramped for 4 people. The gym is 3 exercise bikes. No weights or treadmill.

It was so conveniently located next to the bus stop just outside of the quaint coffee house. Upon entering, there is a cozy fire pit with the seating that opens up to the street. But the best part of all was the hotel staff they were helpful and kind and courteous!
The room decor is a little dark for my taste, and the glass window between the bathroom, and the bedroom is problematic

Great location- very conveniently located close to the broad walk, with lots of shops and restaurants near by.
We got a motel experience at a hotel price. There are no outwards facing windows in the rooms; just like in a motel, all the windows are facing the inner hallway, meaning you can hear and see every person walking by your room.
Secondly, at ~$200/night, you would expect stuff like water to be complimentary; unfortunately Hilton thinks it's ok to charge $2 for the simplest 300ml water bottle. Lastly, the hotel is very noisy; you know it's going to get loud when the hotel gives you complimentary ear plugs in your room.

I've visited before and came back because I really liked the location, the comfort of the rooms.
Rhe gentleman working the front desk on Christmas night was rude to our visitors who were waiting for us in the lobby. The guests above us may have had kids who were heavy stomping but that's not the hotel's fault.

The location was perfect as it was so central to all the cafes and restaurants and the waterfront.
Staff were very accommodating, friendly professional and helpful.
Room was large and very clean.
Loved the shampoo and conditioner products provided.
As the window faced the corridor and central walkway of the hotel it didn’t feel like you had privacy. However the privacy blind did let in light and was hard to see in from the outside.
There is a fault with the shower door where the water always leaks out into the bathroom even with the shower door closed. The staff are aware of the design fault and are always very willing and helpful to give you many towels and bath mats to mop up the water.

Comfortable room, great location.
Avoid rooms at front of hotel, lots of traffic noise from street plus the hallway near the first couple of rooms is open to the lobby floor below which generated lots of noise from people entering and exiting. Parking is offsite, over a block away and not convenient especially for anyone who has difficulty walking.

Rooms were nice, comfortable, and tidy. Enjoyed the two rooftops, one with a fire pit, to relax and hang out as well as a zen garden, and a fire pit outside the lobby. The Twisted Street Cafe was delicious and very accommodating. The location is good too. Right around the corner from Chestnut which has restaurants, bars, and shopping! A very enjoyable stay! Looking forward to going back! I’d like to check out the fitness room ?

I needed a room near the Marina District and this seemed the best option. It definitely feels like a hotel and not like the other motels on the street. The rooms are spacious and reasonably comfortable. The staff were friendly. Close to lovely cafes and restaurants on Chestnut.
The window out onto the walkway is odd. I felt the need to keep the blinds drawn all day for privacy. At times it felt like people were walking in your room. The fan was very loud and although I switched it off over night, I was woken by a noise of a fan switching on (possibly in the shower room) twice in the night.

Great location, an easy walk to shops, restaurants, parks etc. Room was a decent size with drawers and hanging space. Bonus points for having a fridge and microwave.
Bathroom a great size.
Male staff member who checked us in was amazing and very helpful and friendly.
A female staff member at reception was extremely rude everytime we saw and spoke to her.
We left our bags there after checking out until we needed to head to the airport and when we went back asking to add a small pillow to our belongings she said let out a massive annoyed sigh as if we were a huge bother!
We watched her with everyone else and she seemed to lack any joy for her job and seemed miserable with everyone and her job.

Nicely refreshed property in an underrated part of San Francisco.
Very noisy. The room was next to the elevator and overlooked an open air lobby/gathering area. So we got all the noise from the loud people below as well as the street traffic and noise.

The location and hotel are beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and updated. The amenities were nice as well with the roof top terraces, Pelaton lounge, and onsite coffee shop.
The walls/ceiling were thin and there was a lot of noise from the neighbors, but earplugs were provided for sleep.
