There wasn't anything I didn't like at all.
There were a lot of bedbugs in the motel, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. bought us, when the managers spoke in the morning, they didnt even react.

The location has easy access to nice eateries and bus stops.
Access to trains and other tourist locations is difficult unless you have a car.
Towels were dirty.
Room smelled strongly of smoke from arrival. Smoke detector had been ripped from the wall.
Key card was difficult to use.
1 Sheet had cigarette burn through.
Shower is poor unless you like being blasted with three very strong jets.
Toilet continued to trickle for entire stay.
Plug sockets were old and as a result plugs fell out easily.

I didn't have big expectations but I really loved my stay here! The bed was big and so comfortable. The heating was not too loud to bother me while sleeping, so I had perfect temperature. The price was very good, location is perfect. The noise of the street wasn't loud in my room either.
I would have liked to have chance to leave the room a bit later. The rooms could have some room perfume/freshener.

Hotel was better than expected. Ofcourse its a motel but we arrived at Midnight and got someone to help us out quick and friendly.elevator is rather small with luggage but at least there. We had a big nice bed and a minifridge to help us out for some cold drinks whenever we felt like it. Bathroom was fine. Location was perfect for us with public transport very close and if you feel like it, pier 39 van be walked
There were some open spaces around the door and the bathroom is slightly outdated but worked fine. Expect simple and you will get all you need

Desk staff did not care about guest inquires and was rude to all customers, WiFi did not work (we brought this up to front desk staff and they called us lairs and didn’t even check to see if the WiFi was out) , website says daily house keeping, our room was not serviced at all during our stay. Room had bugs here and there in the room. No fridge in room either again the website said there was one in the rooms. Random door connecting to our room and the room being used by other guys at next to us. This door had no lock and was just blocked by the dresser to prevent people from coming through. Do not recommend for female travelers.

disappointed there was only 1 lamp in the room We had to turn on the lighting the bathroom and leave the door open to have enough light. We talked to the staff at the desk and he said all the rooms are like that. Two times we had to go to the desk to get clean towels because the maids to not take away the old ones and leave us new ones. We were told we had to notify the staff if we wanted this, but we did.

The room was pretty spacious, nice King bed and bathroom was also a nice size
Limited parking so if they over book you might have to find parking in the street, I would also recommend to get the highest floor which I believe they have 3. I stayed on the 2nd floor and the people above me where like wild animals in the am. Walls and floor are very thin so you will hear people next door or above you

Where should I start? The older “gentleman” at the reception could have been more polite and welcoming - we didn’t know yet this is going to be the least of our problems at the motel: mold on the wall, uncomfortable and lumpy bed, damp bathroom with a useless fan (our towels did not even dry overnight), dirty floors. At least no bedbugs, but the sheets underneath were full of loose hairs and an occasional cigarette burn (we booked a non-smoking room). No light in the creepy elevator, we were hauling our luggage in the staircase instead. I know this is not a fancy place, we stayed in much cleaner and nicer motels in this price range before. However this place is dramatically run down.

The permanent residents making excessive noise at all hours of the night.
Poor hot water seemed to take ages to get hot in the shower.
Entry door access was very hit and miss cards just didn’t work that well.
No cutlery or coffee making facilities even though it had a kitchen, microwave and fridge

The location was in a neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shopping.
There wasn't much open late. The room was fairly clean. the bed and pillows are very cheap. The bathroom is big, but the toilet was very close to a wall. The ice machine was didn't work 2 out of 3 times that I tried it to use it.

Communication at this place is Bad.. We got NO SERVICE, to our rom at all.... Out of TOILET PAPER,!!.. no clean towels, Trash over flowing... asked at the office 3 times... ALWAYS a different person at the desk, ALWAYS the same answer, " I left a message for the morning manager ".... you know it is a BUDGET place, but they were slow, and they did have a cleaning lady, but we got , ZERO SERVICE... we had pre- booked, pre - paid for a week... You would think at least you would get, 1,clean towels .. 2, trash removed... 3, TOILET PAPER,!!.... NO I WOULD NOT STAY HERE...

The location was great. The bed was also very comfy. I also appreciated that there was on-site parking which seems rare for the location.
The room didn’t feel very clean, unfortunately. The walls were very stained, the tv remote was quite sticky, and the bathroom could’ve been cleaner. Also, the toilet paper holder was missing in the bathroom so the paper sat on the top of the toilet, and there was only one towel rack, which was falling off the wall.

Actually the staff were very kind and helpful, for us the location was also okey ( Golden Gate bridge, fisherman's wharf and downtown is close with bus and the bus station only 20-30 meter.
The rooms are used up, outside aisles was dirty somewhere.
