This hotel is very new and appears to have been recently renovated and reopened. The room feels modern and fresh, and parking is free. In terms of location, it’s about a 10–15 minute walk to Lombard Street, which is convenient for tourists. However, be aware that the walk involves a long uphill climb, so it’s not suitable if you’re carrying large luggage.

There are a few areas for improvement: 1. The sink counter is too small. For those who need to do makeup, there’s not enough space to place items. There is clearly room to add a small shelf next to the sink. 2. There is no shelf at all in the shower area, so I had to place my personal items on the floor. 3. There isn’t a single hook in the bathroom—nowhere to hang clothes or towels. 4. The entryway hanger design looks nice, but clothes keep sliding off, which is quite frustrating. It would help to have some kind of stopper to prevent hangers from slipping off the curved ends. These are all things that could be improved. However, the soundproofing in this hotel is very poor, which is unfortunately harder to fix.

This place was an absolute nightmare. There are so many things they conveniently don’t tell you upfront, it honestly feels deceptive. First of all, parking is a joke. If you want to use the garage, you have to pay an extra $20 AND you need to book it in advance- something they don’t make clear before you arrive. Good luck figuring that out after the fact. Second, there is NO elevator. None. Just three floors of stairs. So if you have luggage, enjoy hauling it up multiple flights because again, no warning. The walls are paper thin. I stayed on the second floor and the guests above me had a dog that barked literally all night. I was there for a work trip and got zero sleep. When I reached out to the property owner, they did absolutely nothing. I asked to switch rooms, denied. I asked for a refund for the night I didn’t stay, also denied. Booking support was just as useless. No help, no solutions, just a waste of time. And it somehow gets worse- I woke up in the morning to go to work and the entire staircase was covered in vomit. Not a little mess l, the whole staircase. Clearly left there by other guests, and no one had bothered to clean it. I reported it and their response was basically “thanks for letting us know.” No urgency, no accountability, nothing. I’m not “letting you know” for fun, I’m telling you because this is disgusting and unacceptable. Overall, this place is poorly managed, misleading, and completely lacking in basic standards of cleanliness and customer service. 0/10. Would not recommend to anyone.

The staff was very friendly and the cleaning ladies were doing a good job. The rooms are modern and nice, with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The hotel has a very good location, it is close to nearly everything. It offers free parking outside, free of charge.

The room we stayed in was very close to the main road, which is why you could hear the traffic. They are not that sound proof, so two night in a row some people outside were being loud and we could hear all the conversations going on and kids yelling.

This place looks like it was recently renovated and was, for a motel, great. The location is awesome and so is included parking. We walked a lot of places or took the bus which stops nearby.

We were a bit chilly in January, feels like it wasn't really built for colder months.

Location was easy to find, rooms were clean and comfortable. We arrived late in teh evenign hotel reception were friendly and efficiant. we were only there for a single nigth as a stop over on our trip but it was just what we needed.

We would have liked to find somewhere that includes breackfast, in europe most hotels include breackfast, this clearliy isn;t th done thing in the US which we found to be a bit strange. But I guess thats not an issue specifically for this motel

The room was very nice and clean. Bed was comfortable and the heater worked great. Restrooms were clean and the shower worked just as expected. They offer free coffee until 11am which was a nice little touch. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Location was great too. Overall the experience was a 10/10 and I will definitely book again when I am back in SF.

The walls are a little thin. Aside from that, everything was great.

The location was excellent, but not overly touristy and the area appeared to be safe. They had an excellent parking lot which was very convenient. The room was comparatively large, most of which was occupied by a comfortable bed. We also appreciated the coffee maker and free coffee.

The street was busy, but that is the trade off for being central. Our shower door could nor be closed completely causing a small leakage of water onto the floor. A minor inconvenience considering the cost.
