Liked: Location Disliked: Absolutely disgusting. There were flies in the room, it stank and donâ≢t even mention the bathroom. I couldnâ≢t sleep so I took a nap on top of my husband. Wasted money. Iâ≢d prefer to have slept In our car had I know how nasty IÃÂ
Liked: It's pretty much in the center of Toccoa. Very convenient. Disliked: For the type of hotel and rooms, the price is about $--e tooxpensive. The room is fine, but the price is not. It's July and the pool isn't working. Broken TV.
Liked: The nice beds , cleanliness and the tv. Disliked: Seemed to be some questionable characters around
Liked: It was available Disliked: it was filthy, stained sheets and towels, loud people outside, no dead bolt lock, horribly uncomfortable bed, no do not disturb signs to keep out housekeeping, bathroom gross, had other people's hair, and dirty black marks all over tub,no water pressure

Liked: The staff was nice. Disliked: Cleanliness not clean at all. Holes in the walls,told the girl up front and she said they new about it. Also the cleaning person said the holes have been their. But when I checked out I talked to the new manager and she said she was hired to straighten up

Liked: Nothing Disliked: arrived at hotel around 11:15 pm and was not able to check in they had no one in office lights were off it was locked when I called office from my phone nobody answered waited about 20minutes and was told office closes at 11 paided for another hotel
Liked: Location. Disliked: Rm#117.Molds in the bathroom. Microwave, phone, remote not working. No coffee maker in rooms, not even in the dining area (except in the morning, I guess). Front desk was dressed up like she's in her house;loose tie dye shirt with sweat pants and slides.
Liked: It was place to shower and to sleep. Disliked: I liked nothing about the motel. Gives Quality Inn a bad name.

Liked: Location. Disliked: The 6ft pool only had two feet of water in it that was brown like coffee. The stairs were almost rusted out. The clerk at the front desk told us that only one of the three cleaning lady showed up so our room wouldn't be available till 6. The volume on the
Liked: The area and the front desk. Disliked: I checked into this hotel because i wanted to relax by the pool and it was closed with no water ugh. I wiped down the desk that i ate off of in the room and the hand towel was very dirt after wiping . Electrical wire was hanging out under the ac unit.
Liked: nothing Disliked: After looking at the room we asked the clerk where the refrigerator was. He said there wasn't one. We said the information said there was one. He said all he can do is give us our money back. This rates as the worst room we have ever viewed.
Liked: It was clean and quiet Disliked: The housekeeper is the rudest person I¿ve ever dealt with! She screamed at me several times. Complaining about her job, and she needed us out of the room, that she had to leave by a certain time, Although our confirmation said 12:00 noon check out.

Liked: The staff is friendly. But they did switch our room. Disliked: First room bed sheets was dirty and sink was dirty. The whole hotel need a deep cleaning . No Ice machine . They give our old room which was dirty to other guest when there was plenty of rooms.
