When I said I was leaving they made me pay 200$ more to get my stuff out of the room. I asked for my money back they wouldn't give it and I paid 518.35 for a room I didn't stay

Liked: the front desk clerk was very nice. I made a reservation and when I arrived, he told me there was a problem with my room. once I found out it was just that the TV didn't work, I was fine. he also included a small discount which was appreciated.
