Well located, 5 mins walk from the market and 2 metro stations.
The room was clean, nicely decorated and well thought out.
Staff were very nice and helpful.
The rooftop bar was nice, I didn't get a chance to use the other facilities.
The ability to quickly and easily message via WhatsApp for any assistance or questions was useful.
The area around the sink and mirror could do with some more lighting particularly from above. We ended up moving the lamp from the other side of the room to help get ready in the mirror.

The breakfast was lovely, with a lot of options, and I really liked that it was served until late in the morning. The staff were amazing and kindly gave me an upgrade, which was a lovely surprise. The room was very spacious, which was fantastic. The location is perfect, with a metro station nearby and restaurants and shops just a short walk away, making it very convenient. I cannot recommend this place enough!

The location is very nice, away from the most touristy center yet in a trendy neighborhood, in comfortable walking distance (10-15 min) from the museum quarter downtown. The hotel is upbeat and modern. Our room even had a little patio on the back of the first floor.
There isn’t much closet space, it was basically a wire cage with 4 hangers and a shelf. But we managed.

I had the most wonderful time at this hotel. Everything about my stay was completely perfect. The entire place was clean and spotless, and the location couldn't have been better. It's just a few minutes' walk from U3 and U4 metro lines, and there is a supermarket only 5 minutes away. Plus, if you love exploring the city on foot, you can easily walk to all the main museums from here!
The amazing staff was incredibly welcoming, and the overall vibe was inviting. I truly couldn't have asked for a better stay, and I am already looking forward to returning here on my next trip!

Convenient location.
It is quite common these days for hotels to give you the option to opt out of daily laundry changes to save the planet. Just coming from Taiwan a few days before this stay the entire country has outlawed disposables in hotels (although they will provide an item if you forgot it). This hotel, however opts out of daily CLEANING of your room. I stayed for two nights. No one comes and makes your bed. Worse yet, they don't sweep, mop or vacuum the non-carpeted floors. I found it absolutely disgusting that the dirt of Vienna is carried in on your shoes, then into bed stuck on your bare feet. They don't provide slippers, flannels/wash clothes or mats for slippery wet floors and shower bottom. I would rather sleep in a clean room/bed that have a stereo on the room where I could borrow from a thin choice of albums in the lobby. BTW...I asked about having my floors swept as I came in on a rainy, muddy day and the clerk smirked and said they didn't do that...in case someone thinks misunderstood.

Room extremely quiet due the acoustics walls and window. The highlight is of course the record player available in the room, and you can borrow a vinyl record from the reception's catalog to listen to. It’s an awesome idea, as your trip gets a soundtrack that will always remind you of the trip whenever you hear those same songs! Cozy room with all facilities needed. Staff friendly. Perfect location next to Mariahilfer street which is a shopping street with access for all touristic points by metro, bus or even by foot if you like to walk.
The terrace could open earlier for guests at least.
Just a tip: Be careful also if you have to leave your luggage at the reception, cause they use an identification sticker that isn't easy to remove and can damage your bag—as happened with my backpack—this is a potential issue to avoid if you have a special bag.
