The kitchenette.

One elevator was out of service. The other elevator was barely working. It jerked when it moved. My in-laws took the stairs up to the 4th floor because it scared them the first time they rode it. Also, there were cigarette ashes shoved into the bathroom door stop. Why didn't the cleaning person notice it?

Easy to get shuttle and great value for the money. Updated and clean. They offer happy hour and continental breakfast. Friendly staff.

The elevator went out and the other made sounds like it was on its last leg.

I like that the room was big enough for my family of 6. I was glad to have a fridge for their snacks and I was glad to have a microwave for my little ones. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner was able to maintain a good temperature in the room

I did not like the size of the bathroom. Also, The door would not close without some force and there was a towel shortage on the night we arrived. When dealing with a larger family showers can be challenging with bathing in such a small shower/toilet space.

The location was great!

The ladies did not clean well. They didnt mop at all because my shoe print was on the floor. After they clean it it was still some garbage left. They had an Influx of people the next day we were not able to get breakfast they ran out of food and we could not have breakfast on Thursday we get downstairs to eat we got there at 7:10 and all the food was gone. They had not properly prepare for the guest that came in on evening Sunday.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. It was our first time in Texas and we were very adamant about choosing a place that was clean throughout the entire hotel along with good customer service at the front desk and with the remaining staff.

One thing we did notice was how far everything was from the hotel at least 30 minutes+ but we were only 5 minuets away from Hobby air port. Overall that was a plus.

My room was spacious and quiet. It looked like it had been recently renovated with new furniture and fixtures. For the price category, it is a great deal. I would stay here again if I need to be in that part of Houston.

Location and friendly staff. .

The toliet/shower area is in an extremely small space. You had to tuck your legs or use bathroom with door open. The local TV stations had lots of static and you couldn't watch it.

Bed bugs! Was assigned a room on second floor as soon as you get off the elevator. Less than 30 minutes after lying down, I was bitten up and down my arms. Went to front desk and the clerk who said he also worked as an EMT looked at my arms and called the manager, a young woman who tried to put us in a room two doors down, telling me I could be allergic to the detergent used on the bedding. No way! I know bites when I see them. This was not a rash but distinct bites from something. I requested a refund and she told me that was impossible. I made it clear that I was not staying in that hotel and I expected a full refund, which I eventually got. I went on my cruise miserable from the bites and my arms looked a mess. Horrible 30 minutes in this hotel and that’s all I needed to know I will never go back.

The bed bugs. The manager.
