The location was ok. But we didnt like anything else.

When we got there to check in, there was no one at the front desk. Other guests and I waited for at least half an hour - just looking at a sign that read, will return in 5 minutes. I finally left and came back a couple hours later. The property had a mountain of trash bags overflowing out of the trash dump in the parking lot. It was surrounded by dozens of trash bags on the ground. Also in the parking lot were dozens of old mattresses just dumped on the ground. Inside, there were overflowing trash cans in the hallway and lobby. Sticky floors and the smell of marijuana. When we got in our room, we had two tiny pillows on our king-sized bed and no blanket. I had to go ask for some pillows and a blanket. There were only two thin, well-worn towels in the bathroom. The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. We stayed 2 nights and didnt get our room cleaned, our bed made or towels replenished at all. When we got back to our room late Friday there was a roaming pit bull rummaging through the trash in the parking lot. When we left in the morning, there were sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot smoking weed and talking on their phones.

The carpet was disgusting. Our room wasnt ready upon arrival as promised. The front desk worker wanted to charge an extra 30.00 to check in early after telling us the room wasnt clean. The wait at the front desk was 15-20 mins long due to no coverage.

Nothing at all wish I could get money back to be honest.

Hotel room changed because sheets had a stain. carpets in both rooms had stains then/on wall. No towels AT ALL in my room when asked front desk for some they only gave us one towel and there was 2 of us in the room. No real breakfast very under staff ect.

It was clean

The room was extremely hot when we got there because the heater was turned all the way up. The AC took 6+ hours to cool the room. The breakfast had a very limited selection of food. Only coffee, cereal, fruit, and waffles. The shuttle service (Lyft) took over 30 mins to arrive so we cancelled and paid out of pocket for an Uber which was faster.

This hotel has good potential. Check-in staff very good - Elise was professional and communicated very well. The room was fine, but ruined by a couple of issues which were not fixed. see below. Otherwise, the hotel is well positioned, nice open area in front of the reception with a glass fronted elevator going all the way to the top floor - very nice. The room was clean, bed comfortable with 3 nice pillows, and bathroom very good, with soap and shampoo dispensers etc. all good. I would go there again if i could get a room where everything worked, and on a trip where i did not have to leave so early.

I mentioned to the front desk that the coffee machine was missing the coffee filter holder. Also, there was no coffee either - but it was never replaced during my 4-night stay. Coffee was not provided either so it would not have mattered! There was a sticky stain on the carpet in the main walkway thro the room, in front of the coffee machine, but this was also not cleaned. The shower mixer did not work. it was fixed on HOT. Breakfast was supposed to be 06h00 onwards, but in fact the staff only reported to work at 06h00, so by 06h10 there was barely even coffee on the counter. Cereals and waffle making etc were barely available before 06h15. My pick-up in the mornings was 06h10 so it meant i missed out on breakfast. No big deal, but irritating, when part of the selection process in choosing a hotel is the availability of breakfast.

Bed was comfortable, had basic commodities. Room was spacious. TV was good. Air-conditioning was good. Breakfast was basic, although good enough. Kitchen staff were good. The female at front desk were helpful and nice.

Stains on the carpet looked like blood, shower, bath were not cleaned well, saw slime, on bath plug. dust and grim, on the shower soap pump's..they were all broken and missing caps.. the bath|drain had a big hole. That had no grill.I could of lost my ring if it fell in.. not enough towels for 2 guest's, I had to ask at the desk for more Had to ask for coffee tea and sugar for my room.. lucky I had my own. The front desk was not always attended. Had to wait 25 minutes to check out and get my 100 US dollar back, that they held during my stay.

I liked that it was very close to everything! About a 20 minute drive with traffic and the staff was very nice.

It was dirty. Our blankets were stained and one had a very large hole in it, the room had not been thoroughly cleaned before our stay because there was trash left from the previous people that stayed in that room. Our fridge in our room did not work and when we tried to go to tell hotel staff there was a sign that said be back in 5 minutes up for at least an hour maybe longer. We also were not given the right amount of towels for our stay and when we asked for the correct amount we were told that we had to return the towels we had to get more even though we needed extra towels not new ones.

It was fine file us BUT when we called for the Shuttle pick up no one was there to answer the phone. It was late arrival and two old ladies 87 and 77 stuck at the airport. We found Enterprice van to take us but we had to pay.

The beds were comfortable but that is literally the only thing we liked.

Pool ice cold (unswimmable)and no towels - we booked this hotel specifically for the pool and it was not useable which was a huge disappointment. Also the hot tub that was advertised was drained and not working. Unexpected $100 deposit that had to be left in cash only. Breakfast gross- eggs were thin pancakes. Night staff had people hanging around with her at the desk/lobby which made it uncomfortable to walk through. Overwhelming smell of marijuana on our floor and throughout hotel - not appropriate for my children. Location off the highway was great but did not feel like we were in a safe area. Ceiling collapsed one morning by an exit due to water damage. Wet floor sign put out but they left all the dirty ceiling pieces all over the floor. We checked out early as we were very disappointed with this hotel.
