The hotel is pretty out of the way from other hotels and had a spacious parking lot. I booked it for the indoor pool and was delighted that it also had a hot tub. The staff were friendly and accommodating and there were snacks and drinks for purchase at the front desk. I appreciated the variety of breakfast options,, as well.
The breakfast room/area was cramped at its peak time. The elevator was a little scary, but we made it up and down! The shower had someone's hair in it from the previous guest, which was a little disappointing. The rest of the room was clean, though.

AC was strong and room stayed cool. Pool/Jacuzzi was great, very happy about 24h use, Fair amount of parking space.
Very carb heavy breakfast, minimal food available for wheat allergic persons but overall okay for the normal person.
Most staff were great but our Initial staff person (around 8pm) that met us at check-in was very off putting and we had a very awkward interaction. Gave off a "high" like disposition. When we asked about the pricing he said it was two hundred thirty four and said there was a deposit of 50$ for the room. I kept asking where the extra 34$ came from since our room cost 150 and there was a 50 deposit. He just kept repeating himself in a very stern, monotoned, and dulled voice that it was from the deposit... He meant it was two hundred dollars and 34 cents 200.34$ not $234.00 which I had to establish myself after several attempts because he could not vocalize/identify this for us.

Breakfast, although the same every day, was good. Many choices for all. Room was clean and bed was very comfy. Hotel was quiet, especially at night.
Parking was an issue when hotel was full. Pickup trucks were parked over the lines, not allowing all spots to be utilized. No one there to monitor it. Desk clerk, at the time, seemed to not be bothered.

breakfast perhaps you could add the full waffles back in instead of the mini waffles. Perhaps one of the cookers could be switched?
The toilet flush handle was broken and it was hard to flush the toilet. Housekeeping didn't leave coffee packets for the coffee we made.

Staff besides one person was not very nice. When we arrived it occurred our toilet was clogged and someone at front desk said we need to unclog it by ourselves or wait long time for someone to fix it.
We got a room next to the mechanical room and there were some noises in the middle of the night coming from this room. It was so loud we woke up. I didn’t have a good sleep that night.

The location was perfect, even with the homeless on the street, they didn't come onto the hotel property. The breakfast available was good, it was a little busy at times, but all in all it was perfect for a quick bite before heading out. The rooms were clean and quiet. Some of the staff was not plesant and we had a hard time getting new towels or toilet paper due to language barrier with housekeeping staff.

It was in the lower price range and was conveniently located to appointments I had which is why I booked it.
Seems like it’s needs some updates and deep cleaning.
The hot tub was looking a little rough around the edges and some jets didn’t work fully. In the room you could tell the bathroom wasn’t cleaned well. There was black stuff in the corners and in the tiles on the floor that came up on our towels. Paint was rubbed off the bathroom door and there was some food stuck on the counter near the microwave. The guy who checked us in wasn’t very friendly but not mean.

The pool being 24 hours was AMAZING!! The free breakfast was one of the best ones I’ve had. Staff was nice.
The room we stayed in they attempted to shampoo carpets and it smelt HORRID of dirty carpet. Was still damp. When we told management of it they asked why we didn’t switch rooms. We had tried but the motel was full the night we stayed and unfortunately there was no other available rooms. I had to go buy febreeze and when I told management that upon checkout they seemed un phased and stated she would tell house keeping.

Great breakfast and great breakfast facility. Breakfast staff were excellent. So helpful. Downstairs room was quiet, very, and clean. Liked the layout of the room and the kitchen nook. Convenience store across the parking lot.
A fenced dog area. Maybe a little bigger. And signs to tell people to pick up their poo. And unfortunately someone needs to clean up the poo left by irresponsible dog owners.
Front desk clerk was minus a personality.

The hotel had the pool open 24/7 which is why I chose it There was a day where they were having issues with the hot tub but it was fixed the very next day which was nice. Also the breakfast was decent. They had the typical breakfast choices
It would have been nice if they would have had some gluten free items such as toast or breakfast pastries. Also the pool towels need to be bigger
